BBNaija 2017 Day 39: Uriel Oputa Gives Debie-Rise Some Sisterly Counseling

The two Big Brother Naija housemates spent most of Today’s mid-morning counseling each other on how to maintain themselves more in the house.

Uriel Oputa and Debie-Rise sat in the kitchen and discussed the number of instances where Debie-Rise should shield her point while discussing various issues with the other Housemates. Uriel advised her not to just let is pass, should a Housemate make her feel uncomfortable during discussion.

“If we’re all together and you feel attacked, U could responded by saying, ‘um listen, why do you like doing this in front of everybody?’ Say it in front of everybody. It will mean ‘don’t mess with me,” she advised.

She also pointed out how several other Housemates tend to “roll their eyes” at Debie-Rise’s comment, every time there’s a discussion in the House. However she respect’s her sister’s hustle, Uriel added that… they had a guest some day that she didn’t recall right now, but she remembers that Debie-Rise asked the guest if she could bring her guitar and Uriel thought to myself, “Oh God, this girl again with her guitar!” However, she went back to the bedroom and asked her why she did that because she knew it was wrong.

Debie-Rise agreed that she too had noticed some of the Housemates’ reactions from time to time, saying these reactions had made her hold back a bit. Uriel was quick to remind her that she should always keep her eye on the prize. “This House isn’t set up for you to be comfortable. There are many times where Uriel herself has felt alone in this House. So Debie-Rise must never allow anybody to put her down,”.

Is Uriel genuinely concerned about Debie-Rise or is she trying to get as much ally to play the game greatest degree? What is Uriel’s exact plan?
