Day 29: Week 5 Voting Poll and Nominations of Big Brother Titans Season 1
During the latest Head of House challenge, Thabana came out tops, winning the coveted title and taking over from the Royals. As HoH, Thabang and Nana were not allowed to be nominated and they received the power to save and replace.
After the HoH challenge, the housemates were given an hour to deliberate their nominations and then headed to the diary room to put up two pairs for eviction.

- Juiovla: nominated Khosicle and Blaqleng
- Juvone: nominated Blaqleng and Royals
- Kaniva: nominated Juvone and Juiovla
- Khosicle: nominated Blaqleng and Maya
- Maya: nominated Kaniva and Khosicle
- Royals: nominated Blaqleng and Kaniva
- Thabana: nominated Maya and Yelisa
- Yelisa: nominated Kaniva and Blaqleng

With the most nominations, Kaniva, Blaqleng, Khosicle, Juvone, Maya, and Yelisa were put up for possible eviction. After some indecisive back and forth, uncertain whether they should nominate Juiovla or the Royals, Thabana used their veto power to save and replace Juvone, nominating Juivola in their stead. That means this week, the nominated pairs are:
