Day 50: Esther Wins Head Of House For Week 8

Esther has won the Head of House title for Week 8 thereby becoming the first female of Big Brother Naija 2019 to sit on the Head of House throne twice.

Esther has emerged the Head of House for this week for displaying her prowess in vocabulary, strategy, and speed. This is actually the second time she is heading her fellow housemates inside Big Brother’s house.

This week’s Head of House challenge was to test the housemates vocabulary strength, the housemates were required to spell as many words as possible in five minutes and the housemate with the most words correctly spelt would become the Head of House.

The housemates were only allowed to pick a single tile on each trip and if anyone was caught cheating, that individual would be disqualified. And that being said, Venita, Diane, Mike and Tacha were all disqualified by Big Brother after falling victim to this rule.

The housemates participated in the challenge for the first two rounds as some were obviously being knocked out, the game then became tougher as Big Brother asked the housemates to spell the longest word they could think of in just three minutes.

The Head of House challenge then proceeded to the third round with only Esther and Elozonam still the only housemates competing against each other, it was too long before Esther won the round to become this week’s Head of House title.

And as a reward for her victory, Esther is immune from nomination this week, she has won herself 250 Bet9ja Coins, she will have the Head of House badge, she also has the privilege of sleeping in the luxury Head of House bedroom.

And when Big Brother asked her who she wants to share the Head of House bedroom with, she immediately selected her partner Frodd.
